The last song to be recorded during this session was “Twist and Shout.” According to John Lennon, the intense vocal performance on “Twist and Shout” nearly “killed” him.

“Please Please Me“ featured 14 tracks, including the successful singles “Please Please Me“ and “Love Me Do.” The LP’s release followed the success of these singles. It marked the beginning of The Beatles‘ incredible journey in the music industry.
