• • The Beatles perform for the first time on the‘Ed Sullivan Show‘ at CBS-TV Studio 50, 1697 Broadway (at 53rd Street), Manhattan, New York, NY 10019, USA. They rehearse in the morning, with Neil Aspinall standing in for George Harrison, who has flu and stays at the Plaza Hotel.
