That same day, the band performed a lunchtime show at the Cavern Club in Liverpool, followed by an evening performance at the Plaza Ballroom in Old Hill, near Dudley in Staffordshire. The support act was The Cadillacs from Kidderminster. A subsequent show at the Ritz Ballroom in King’s Heath, Birmingham, was canceled due to severe blizzard conditions preventing travel.
